We hang and finish drywall using a "no sand" technique. Most of our projects can be completed the same day, having it ready for primer the very next day. We repair all plaster finishes, both smooth and textured. Our process makes repairs easier and cleaner than our competition.

I gave him the $500 and he was to do the job on 10/30/18. To date, 1/25/19, and after numerous phone calls and emails, Mr. Hill has not shown up with the doors to install. He has basically stolen $500 from me."

Nice straight lines, beautiful grout job. Michael & his crew kept the site super clean while they were working on it - even brought their own vaccumn! Took the time to listen to us and when we ran out of tile, didn't even complain about having to re-do a couple of runs of tile. Incredibly industrious. On time. Polite. They will be our go-to tilers from now on. Michael also does masonry and we are going to hire them to do some tuckpointing, as well as facing some pillars and a list of items at my In Laws as well. The time required to remove stucco siding depends on the size of the home, the thickness of the stucco, and the complexity of the project. Most projects take between two and seven days, but larger or multi-story homes may require more time, especially if repairs are needed after removal is complete.

Late fall is generally the best time of year for installing stucco siding. We don’t recommend hiring a stucco pro to apply this feature when the temperatures are below freezing, so it’s best to avoid applying stucco siding to your home during the winter. However, it’s safe to apply in hot and colder temperatures, so any other time of year is suitable. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.

Fiber cement siding is one of the lowest-maintenance options. The material’s formula is resistant to insect activities, moisture, and most physical impacts. Vinyl and aluminium siding is also fairly easy to upkeep. All these low-maintenance options only require basic surface cleaning, caulking, and regular gutter maintenance to prevent water dams from forming. 

German schmear is a durable brick masonry coating. It should last at least a decade or two without flaking or fading, even with minimal maintenance. This makes it an economical option compared to the cost of painting your house exterior, which usually needs to be repainted every five to 10 years to keep it looking its best—thus costing more over the same time period.

If you're installing stucco in a climate with extreme weather, synthetic stucco may be the only viable option, as it lasts longer, is less prone to cracking, and resists moisture better. Traditional stucco is a suitable option in hot climates where moisture and rainfall are less common, so it’s a good option for affordability both up front and over time in these areas.
