They did an excellent job on the seal coating the garage floor, they did 4 layer of coatings. and did a great job on the garage in general, I have used them on several jobs before and will use them again in the future.

Gutierrez Painting was awesome to work with. They were able to come in and paint a 2-story foyer including the ceiling, stairway and hallway and got it all done in one day. The quality of their work was fantastic and they cleaned up well! They were able to cover up flaws in the construction that had been there for 21 years. The 5 workers were polite and got along very well with each other. You could tell that this group has a long history with each other in the quality of their work and the camaraderie they shared with each other.
