Paul, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our schedule. We had Leaguard gutters installed only 2 years ago, so we had to arrange for Leafguard to come out and take the gutters down before our siding job began. Paul juggled his crew's schedule so that they started our job right as the gutters were coming down! The crew was also extremely friendly and hard-working. You could tell they have been doing this for years and paid attention to all the little details. Our house is a Tudor colonial, with brick on the first story and stucco on the second story, so all of the siding work was just on the second story. They had all the proper equipment to get the job done efficiently and cleaned up every evening. The job only took 1 week and they even worked half a day on a Saturday. We would highly recommend them!!"

"Job included paint and carpentry on a 2 story Tudor home. Accepted 5 bids, we chose MHI due to their ability to handle all of the carpentry work required on the Tudor stucco panels and boards. The quality of the painting was excellent overall. While I always expect to follow up with a little touch up or extra coat here or there, I was impressed with how much attention was paid to the toughest parts of the job... in particular, painting along difficult edges such as where existing caulk met brick, or where the tudor panels and boards meet. In my opinion, there is no reason to hire large overpriced companies or inexperienced college painters when you have companies like MHI around."

"Nice crew, not precise for interior homes. Required paint removal on many doorknobs and wood trim as well as a trip back to correct errors. Would probably suffice for cottages or outdoor paint projects. Again, very nice crew."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
