He took photos while he was up there so he could show me what was causing the issue of the leak. He came inside and inspected the fireplace. We went over all the details and he explained to me how doing this repair now would save me over $3,500 in repairs if ignored and left as is. I didn't think what he was asking for a price was high so i booked the job. His crew arrived when he said they would and the was it. Billy took switch plate covers to the paint supplier to get a match. It also included painting new wood trim around a recently replaced patio door. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
