Neto's Drywall & Plaster LLC

On 10/19/18, Mr. Hill asked for $500 to purchase doors that he was to install in my home. I was to pay for installation when the job was completed. I gave him the $500 and he was to do the job on 10/30/18. To date, 1/25/19, and after numerous phone calls and emails, Mr. Hill has not shown up with the doors to install. He has basically stolen $500 from me.

I might have preferred a lower price (I'm not that wealthy), but the quality, punctuality and speed were outstanding. My prep consisted in making a work space for him in my house, so I had to move some furniture around - didn't take me more than 15 min. Drywall can be messy; Steve did a very clean job, and I had only a film of dust to clean up afterwards, a film that covered every floor and countertop in the room. But it was a bazillion times more clean than most drywall jobs I am familiar with. The final look was simply perfect, to say the least: no regrets as to the final look. Steve did some small modifications to the joists and conduit to accommodate the drywalled ceiling in one room, with no extra charge, and he stayed on schedule. I'd recommend Neto's to anybody - fabulous work.

Neto’s Drywall & Plaster is the best around. If you need any residential drywall work done call these guys. You will not be disappointed. I’m very particular regarding quality work done on my home and Neto’s exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and very talented. For my project, I actually thought the total cost was kinda low. Ask for Steve. He’s a great guy and a perfectionist.

Steve and his crew worked with us through out the process.  There was no way that we could have just committed to doing the entire house in one sitting.  Right from the beginning he was open to scheduling work in increments that fit our schedule and our ability to finish rooms and move furniture.  We did the work in 4 separate engagements.  Each one was done on time and for the expected period and the expected price.  The durabond product that he regularly uses is definitely an improvement over the typical repair.  

We are completely satisfied with the work as performed.  The durability of the repairs, will of course, take some time to assess, but, the post job results are excellent.  

Steve has an affiliated painter that also does wonderful work.  He is not officially part of the team, but, when used in conjunction with Steve they coordinate without a lot of involvement on the part of the customer.  

We are highly satisfied.

Steve and Brian arrived on schedule and immediately explained the entire process to us.  The floor area was completely covered as was any furniture left in the room.  They placed plastic tarps to keep the debris isolated, kept the noise and commotion to a minimum, and were done in just a few hours, with almost nothing to show for their effort except a perfectly repaired ceiling. 

Neto's offered a coupon through Angie's List which we took advantage of, and this was a repeat experience for us. 

Steve & Brian arrived promptly at our appointment time, 8:00AM this morning.  Steve had given specific instructions to my husband on his initial visit as to what to move and where. We were ready for their visit, so it took little time for them to cover the remaining items in the room, as well as the rug in order to begin work.  It was one of the best experiences I have had with hiring someone to work in our home.  Both men were professional, courteous, and friendly and the morning passed quickly.  I cannot praise their finished work enough. Our house was built 53 years ago and the work they accomplished has given our ceilings a new lease on life--they have never looked better. Steve made sure that the original 3'x3' area which desperately needed repair, now blends seamlessly with the rest of the interior "pan" of a cove ceiling. Beautiful work, outstanding workmanship!

He was very responsive - answered his phone, returned called, arrived on time.  He asked to see pix ahead of time so he could give a realistic estimate (which was much lower than other people I called).  He clearly knew his stuff and was trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

Steve is very nice and professional.  His estimate was very reasonable and competitive.  I had to first have him remove existing drywall from two basement walls so I could get some leaking rod holes fixed.  After the repairs, he came back out when he said he would and installed new drywall, applied all the joint compound, and smoothed everything out (without sanding)  Nice work.

I am very pleased with Steve Neto and his work.  I found him to be easy to get in touch with, he kept every appointment, and communicated when he was going to be a little late.  His guys were courteous and professional and they did an amazing job.  I hired him to drywall the third floor of my home which is very peaked and angled requiring a ton of cuts.  He did a beautiful job within the timeframe estimated.  I absolutely felt that the cost of the job was fair.  I would hire Steve Neto to do work for me again.
