When the carpet arrived Randy contacted us immediately and confirmed the schedule for the installation. We used a patterned carpet, and the install was over a concrete floor so the tack strips needed a lot of work, this is the reason the install took two days. Jerry matched the pattern perfectly in all areas. Jerry also accommodated an unscheduled repair request to replace the carpet on two stair treads that had paint stains on our main floor staircase.
