Hired Tim to put a new roof on and added 3 new decks and then he added an addition on to our home 2 more bedrooms , family room and walk in closet ! His work was outstanding and priced better then anyone we know !! We highly recommend him for anything .

Tim is a true professional - friendly, accommodating and quality workmanship. Tim and his crew were great to work with and the finished product is a reflection of their craftsmanship. On time, productive and respectful, even cleaning up at the end of each day. They were also willing to complete some extra small projects. A real pleasure - we highly recommend them.

Tim and his crew put a porch and garage on our new construction house 13 years ago. When he finished and it rained, there was water coming in around the dormers. I called him back three times to fix it. He eventually came out and "fixed" them. 2 months ago we were up in the garage attic and our son saw daylight coming in around the dormers and water damaged roof boards. I called a roofing company to look at it and give me an estimate. They looked at it and said the damage was caused because the original builder did not put flashing there and only caulked the edge. The caulk must have warn out. I call Tim Stadinger out to look at it and discuss what he was going to do to repair his workmanship. Tim did come out in march to look then he said he would be out when he finished a job he was working on. He never showed up. I called hi again and he told me he would be out the next Thursday after 5:00. He never showed up. Now he is not returning my calls. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER! He did not do this job properly, did not stand behind his workmanship and did not keep his word.

Tim and his crew were very professional. He was able to diagnose the problems we had and properly address them. They did a wonderful job. Even though we had a few extra things to be done they were able to do them in a reasonable amount of time. Good quality work. Very conscious of doing it right. We really appreciated that. Would hire them again. Highly recommend them.

Stradinger (Tim) & Bobby far exceeded our expectations! Never hired a contractor before. They did the design; executed the construction; always were prompt, courteous & patient with us (VERY PATIENT). Despite the near zero weather, they were here. The attention to detail and quality were exceptional! Stayed within budget which afforded us the ability to put in new flooring; new laundry room; insulate the attic and many details & ideas that really makes our home OUR HOME. I would strongly consider & recommend Stradinger Building to EVERYONE!! COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!...THANKS TIM & BOBBY!!!

Deck was put on hold due to snow, but hired him to install new kitchen floor. Looks better than I expected it to look! I highly recommend him! I plan to hire him for future jobs!

He was on time as he said, gave on site quote, not a high pressure sale. He was able to do more than I expected and completed the work asap. he saved me hiring others to do things so I did not need to have several people in and out of the house. A one stop shop , good value for the $$$ spent.

He does everything; and provides good quality work. Fine wood working, framing, electrical, plumbing, you name it. Very easy to work with, considerate provider. He does a really great job, and I would highly recommend them .
