We managed to negotiate it to 300. He worked very quickly and was done in a little over and hour. Some of the tile was cleaned well, but over 1/2 of them were left dark and filled with grime and dirt. Corners were left filthy and not touched as well. This was mainly due to such hasty and rushed work. I believe this may be a newer company because I could not find many reviews online. I appreciated that the owner called me a few days later to ask us if we were happy. I explained how we understood paying more for a larger area; however, the job was so rushed that most areas showed little to no improvement in the grout dirt.
