"Tim and his crew were very professional. He was able to diagnose the problems we had and properly address them. They did a wonderful job. Even though we had a few extra things to be done they were able to do them in a reasonable amount of time. Good quality work. Very conscious of doing it right. We really appreciated that. Im currently working at a nail salon i been a manicurist for over twenty years im honestly looking to get into fixing and remodeling small projects around the house. i could do mostly anything a little electric like installing tv changing out old outlets, laying tile on floors, some plumbing repairs. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
