I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people. "I received a very quick response to my quote request. Vacman was able to fit me in right away to come investigate my issue. He did a thorough inspection, and then told me what was needed, and had pictures from under my house to show me why. He was able to complete the installation that same day. They checked in with me every step of the way, from showing me the outside vent cover and choosing a color, to making sure that the washer and dryer were left in a position I was happy with. They were very polite and professional, and the materials they used seemed to be very high quality. I am pleased with the work, and would hire Vacman again."

"I called this company to address a blocked drain in my basement. I had water standing and the drain wouldn't drain. Trevor Martin was the plumber who arrived and immediately started telling me that they don't guarantee their work. He started by telling me that their charge is $350. Even though I thought that was high I agreed. He ran a power snake about two feet into the drain and got stuck. He pulled it out and told me that the pipe was collapsed. He was at my house 15 minutes. I received a bill for $250 which included "Clear Laundry Floor Drain" for $200 and "Evaluation service call fee" for $50. I called another plumber who ran a scope down, saw that the pipe was not collapsed and cleared the clog. When I called Boelcke to complain, I was told that Trevor had noted that I had used bad language with him. I did not nor would I ever do that to a tech. Begrudgingly, they wrote off the bill. I asked to have the manager call me and they ended the call quickly. This company tried to scam me for services they didn't perform and then blamed me for bad language. Beware. Use someone else as there are many reputable plumbers."
