They were able to respond quickly and ordered the replacement furnace for the following Monday installation. THEN, they knew the temperature was going down to the 30â s and supplied two heaters for my son and daughter-in-law to keep warm with. That was exceptional service! And they cleaned up after themselves leaving those area looking better than ever. Great guys!

I went with Gnoth due to owner Scott's knowledge. As with any home projects there are hiccups especially with our old home. Scott's Team with Luke Technician did very well for us. Will be an overall 5 when they come out in the spring to finish installing the Central AC. They need to order some tools to go through the concrete block. Overall very happy and have given Scott's number to two other friends and family members.

Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to understand my needs and to answer any questions that I had. He provided information that was important to me as a home owner. Scott wasn't interested in selling me something that I didn't need he was more interested in making sure that the immediate problem was solved. When I asked about replacing my outdated furnace and AC unit, he insisted that I wait and take time to think about it. He gave me other options. I decided to replace both units and to my surprise the replacement and installation cost was half of what I was quoted by another business. The team that did the installation was professional and careful not to damage my property. They cleaned up and were very kind. Scott came to check things out and as always he was very nice and easy to talk to. He wanted to make sure that the work was done right and that I was satisfied. I will be recommending Gnoth & Naragon to my friends and family.
