The work went really well. The folks from Michiana Heating and Air Conditioning were service oriented when I met them (and extremely responsive when I called with additional questions). Their pricing was better than 3 other quotes (I got a total of 4 quotes). Also, no high pressure sales. The install took place when they said it would. A less experienced installer was accompanied by one who had much more experience. I rated the furnace quality as and quot;good,and quot; since it was installed very recently and there hasn't been much time to evaluate its performance. I just know that my very picky mother is currently very pleased.

Response was prompt but the technician was not well prepared to conduct the repair.. The blower motor and belt need to be replaced, The blower motor was installed in the early afternoon but the blower ran backward. This was not identified by the technician. Returned the following day with a manger who was training the individual. The reason I would continue to recoomend this company was their responsiveness and honesty in dealings.

They came right out and provided me an estimate based on what I told them I wanted. They started the install exactly when they said they would and I was very Happy with the install. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC work. I have had one part which needed to be replaced on my furnace and they got the part in and installed it in a short period of time. I would recommend purchasing the warranty they offer now as Carrier provides a parts only warranty.

They come twice a year to check the system. They are very customer oriented; I have had good service with them. I will continue to use them every spring and every fall.
