Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. "Terrible. My elderly mother called because she needed a drain installed in her front yard so she could have a driveway installed. When they got there they said they could do the drain and they could also put in the driveway. They said they could put in crushed concrete that will harden over time. She hired them. They came and spread pea gravel over the yard. Grass was still there growing through the gravel. She called and they came back and dug a little deeper and spread more gravel and told her it would harden. She has not been happy with it since and has been calling but they will not return her call. Now she is stuck in her home because they cannot plow her driveway. They will just plow up the gravel. It did not harden and will never harden they lied and took advantage of my elderly parents. My mom is my dad's caregiver, he has Alzheimer's so she has a lot on her plate and they took advantage of her. I live 4 hours away so I could not be there when they came."
