They were prompt and timely. I call each year after the whirligigs fall in my area and then again in fall when leaves have dropped and they get to me quickly. They fix any dislodged downspouts, etc. and leave a card with any recommendations. I am very pleased with their work. I am having a roof put over my deck and want new gutters in the back. They are my first place to call and I am sure they will do excellent work.

IT WENT FINE. HE WAS HELPFUL WITH SOME INFORMATION AND SUGGESTIONS. GAVE ME A GALLON OF OUTDOOR BLEACH FOR CLEANING SOME BRICKWORK THAT HAD BECOME STAINED OVER THE YEARS.

Better than I expected - I thought GLG would have to remove the gutter covers to clean them out - they used a power wash approach that needed only minimal cover removal. In an hour our gutters & dowspouts were draining like we hadn't seen in along while. I've signed up for regular service

I think they did an amazing job. They even replaced a downspout for me and re-bolted it. Along with minor repairs, the gutters looked very clean. My only issue is that nothing was left behind in terms of informing me of things I may want to do in the future, or if there were any areas of concern.

fantastic job-- we could not be happier. They even cleaned the plastic roof on a storage add-on that had probably never been cleaned and they did a great job.
