"This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. "The employee that came to my home did an excellent job and I have no problems with him and would have him out anytime. My issue is with scheduling. They told me when I made my appointment over the phone that someone would be out to my house between 2pm and 4pm. The day before the visit, I received a text saying that someone would be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 12:50pm I hopped in the shower to get ready. After I'm done getting ready, I see that there's a voicemail on my cellphone. I listen to the voicemail and a gentleman says, hi this is Loren. You are on my schedule for 1pm for some repairs in your home and I'm ringing the doorbell and no one is answering. At this point it's 1:20pm. So Loren has now left. I called My Handyman back to ask what was going on. They said Loren will call you right back. 30 mins goes by and nothing. I called My Handyman back again and the representative says he's headed back to your house to be there at 2pm. I said to the guy on the phone, I though you told me he was going to call me back and I was waiting for the call getting worried. Loren showed up at 2pm and he showed me where it said on his tablet that I was scheduled for 1pm. I don't understand how you can tell the client 2pm to 4pm but tell the employee 1pm. They need to get their scheduler fixed because I almost missed my appointment. If you tell the client 2pm to 4pm then you have to stick to that, or you tell the client there is a possibility that he could arrive up to an hour earlier. Luckily I was just at home in the shower and I hadn't driven a ways away."

"For two months I looked for someone willing to do a structural deck repair. No one wanted the job, no one followed-up. Then I found Craig. "The initial contact was great. Adam was very good at explaining the process. The pricing was competitive. Sadly once the painting started is where the problems started. Late two days in a row. The painters were nice enough- However, their work was mediocre. Got paint on the ceiling and sent a request to fix it has been 5 days no reply. Also Paint on the top of my cupboard trim., paint on our kitchen floor. What really upset us The painters used our bathtub and toilet for washing brushes and dumping paint. Did not even ask!!! Our bathroom is brand new. We were so upset to catch them washing brushes in our bathtub I sure hope we do not have problems with our plumbing.. I am glad my husband stopped them from washing the brushes. Found paint chips in our toilet after they left!! WE will not use. Painter! again and will not refer them to anyone."
