Miles took his time looking around and found evidence of bats in our attic. He then went out on our roof and discovered issues with our ridge vents. We felt the quote was very fair, having known friends who needed bat-related repairs in the past. Miles was even able to come out the very next day to seal everything up and install one-way bat doors, giving us tremendous peace of mind and a five year warranty. Hopefully we don't need to call again, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future."

"I had service performed 7 days ago on March 30th to remove/prevent birds from entering my dryer vents. The service ended up being different (less) than what was initially estimated. I contacted Michigan Wildlife Solutions the same day for the difference as I had already paid half of the estimate to get started. I was told I would be contacted by the office manager. On Friday of the same week, I called back because I had not received the call from the office manager nor had I gotten a refund. At that time, I also noticed that my credit card had been charged for the balance of the original estimate even though a second payment had not been authorized. When I called Michigan Wildlife Solutions, I was told that the balance is automatically charged after the work is completed. This was totally inconsistent with the electronic invoice I received that indicated a pay by date for the balance. In fact, I also received a mailed invoice requesting the balance to be paid, not indicating that I was already charged for the balance. I waited until Wednesday (4/6) to call back as I wanted to be patient and allow the process to happen. However, after 5 business days, I still have not heard from the office manager who was supposed to be in touch a week ago. I called back on 4/8 because at this point, I am NOT getting the service and respect as a customer that I deserve. I was given the office manager’s direct phone number (the email communications give a different number that says is for the office manager). I called Brooke-the office manager and left a voicemail message. Three hours later, I have not received a call back so I called again and was sent to voicemail. As there are several other neighbors in my subdivision that have the same bird issue, I would NEVER use this business again nor would I EVER refer a neighbor to use Michigan Wildlife Solutions. If I do not hear back from someone by the end of the business day today, I will be contacting an attorney to get me the refund that I am entitled to for work that has not been completed because it was not needed."

"For the last two months I have been hearing faint clicking or scratching sounds coming from an area near a ceiling light in the living room. I called and scheduled an inspection. I was told that the price for the inspection would be $185. Even though the noise had stopped a week or so before the scheduled inspection, I decided to go ahead with the inspection, thinking that whatever was making the noise would probably come back. Aaron arrived on time. He listened to a recording that I had made of the scratching sound, and he said he thought a rodent might have nested itself in the attic. He then walked around the exterior of the house, looking for areas where a rodent might enter. He also walked on the roof and looked up through the hatch of the attic. The inspection took around 15 minutes. He found one possible entry point on the side of the house and sealed it with material that matched the appearance of the surrounding siding. He asked if I wanted him to set traps near the attic hatch, but I declined since the noise had stopped and the hatch was 25 feet away from the source of the noise. The day after the inspection, the scratching sounds returned. I think I need to find someone who will go into the attic area in order to find the source of the noise."

"I wouldn't even give 1 star honestly. I'm a first time home owner and called Daleys because they sealed up the house for bats (prior to me purchasing it) and I thought well he'll be familiar with it. I had something (squirrel) chew through my basement ceiling. Took Trevor days to come evaluate the situation, first trap was dragged away in 24 hours the other sat on my rood for months without even being snapped closed. When I tried to follow up to see what the next steps would be, no reply. I paid this man to set a trap and NOT HELP ME WITH ME PROBLEM. LITERALLY WORTHLESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"
