Daley's Wildlife Control

I wouldn't even give 1 star honestly. I'm a first time home owner and called Daleys because they sealed up the house for bats (prior to me purchasing it) and I thought well he'll be familiar with it. I had something (squirrel) chew through my basement ceiling. Took Trevor days to come evaluate the situation, first trap was dragged away in 24 hours the other sat on my rood for months without even being snapped closed. When I tried to follow up to see what the next steps would be, no reply. I paid this man to set a trap and NOT HELP ME WITH ME PROBLEM. LITERALLY WORTHLESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There was this terrible smell all over the house, so I went out in the morning and did a walk-around- spotted a hole about 6-8 inches in diameter with a stench wafting out of it.  I called a local exterminator and they recommended Daley's Wildlife, so I called and left a message on their voicemail.  Within an hour, Trevor Daley had returned my call and was telling me all sorts of information about this time of year and critter habits!  So, I asked if he would come out and set traps for this Skunk and he came by a couple of hours later- the same day.  I had a few other contractors at the house, and he kindly waited while I dealt with them (a window company and a drywall person).  After about 15 minutes, Trevor explained the traps and the process, very clearly and politely- and he answered all of my questions about Skunks.  The next morning, there was a huge Skunk in the trap and the smell was starting to fade from inside the house.  I called Trevor and he came by a couple of hours later to take the skunk.  So, long story short- Trevor from Daley's Wildlife got rid of my Skunk in 24hrs, was prompt, efficient, answered all of my questions enthusiastically, and he really knows what he's doing.  He's an expert in trapping, and it shows in his work.  He's the first person I'd recommend for any critter problems, and I'm glad to know him!
