"Charles was very efficient, but his subcontractor stepped through my bedroom ceiling and it took several visits to get it repaired and painted.....still not totally to my satisfaction.  You can see where the repair was.  In the basement, the foam pulled away from the walls, so they came back and added more.  It is pulling away again, and I haven't called to tell them this yet.  I have noticed this summer that it does not get as hot upstairs.
