I signed over a nearly $20,000 insurance check to Caleb, told him that he wasn't allowed to do a PENNY more worth of work without my approval because I couldn't afford to do construction work at this time and the damage to my house was primarily JUST aesthetics. He said no problem and now I've been billed nearly $5,700 EXTRA, after expressly stating he couldn't do more work, and he is threatening to put a lien on my house. I've been told that this is how he does business regularly, didn't believe it, and now I'm living it. Not to mention that the work done is HORRIFIC and he forgot about me, like he apparently does most clients, and it took me 5 months to get them here to do the repairs. STAY AWAY. You've been warned."
