Professional Chimney Sweeping and Repair

Shawn arrived early for the appointment to clean and inspect the chimney. He was supposed to return a week later to make the repairs. He didn't call and didn't show. We tried numerous times to call and email with no reply (one of the phone numbers is disconnected, the other goes to an automated message). Our check has been cashed for the cleaning but at this point we don't really trust that is was done. We are looking for a new company to clean and fix the chimney.

The man that came was EXTREMELY Professional and kind. He knew exactly what to do and did a fabulous, thorough job. He removed a critter nest from the top of the chimney, along with letting us know the correct SIZE and kind of chimney cap / cover to get. We did all his recommendations, and will happily see him again in the future! Couldn't be more satisfied!

Shawn was very professional and knowledgable. It has been six months now and we no longer have water coming into the basement or Bats in the chimney. We are very happy with Shawn's work.

Excellent. Technician arrived early, very polite, and explained the findings. Was able to promptly schedule follow up repairs that were done quickly and with quality and professionalism. Highly recommend.

He showed up 15 min early to set up.  Protected the carpet and surrounding area of the fireplace.  Went on the roof to do the sweep and inspection.  Came back in and swept out the fire pit and damper, and cleaned up putting everything back into place.  He then gave us a detailed report on what he found.  Suggestions of what was going to be needed in the future because of age of our house.  Very courteous and did a good job quickly.  was here less than an hour.  
We were told we would need a new cap and some mortar work.  I will be calling them to schedule the repairs.  Very happy with the service and price.
