We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"We had a bathtub converted into a Shower, they removed the old bathtub and installed a shower tray with a wall lining system unique to their company called Re-Bath. They also removed an old single person shower and installed a linen closet, new ceramic tile floor with a heating element (heated floor with thermostat and timer). New Mirrors, new lights and new solid surface counter top with integrated bowls and new faucets. Rerouted plumbing and minor electrcal work. The 2 installers Ryan and Ken were fantastic, their work was very good, they kept the house clean during the whole process and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day. They took the time to explain how everything new they installed worked, very thorough and very professional. They arrived everyday when they said they were going to arrive and kept us updated with the progress throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again."
