"Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how RainSoft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single-unit RO system in the kitchen, which we have used for years, was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often thought about the internal impacts of chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our bodies on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were financially. "They did an absolutely wonderful job, wish I had called around ... they replaced valve in my shower ... cost me almost 700.00 ... when I got estimates after the fact found it would have been at least 300.00 less. :("

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
