We hired Elm Creek to install sprinkler system. Multiple attempts made for them to provide a quote. Difficult in even returning our phone calls; this should have been our first clue. We just kept giving chances. Installation honestly was a joke. We had to rebury pipes that had just been installed as they were ground level and would be hit mowing. The suction hose going into lake water was incorrect and we fixed that. The electric installed going into garage is very unprofessional . This had to be redone as the box was smoking (shortly after installation). The control wires and electrical going into garage was stuffed behind siding, did not stay behind the siding. Then come to find out they never placed nozzles inside the sprinkler heads and water sprayed like a garden hose. The whole experience was just something.

The workers showed up on time, they let me pick my day for them to come and they finished the work wonderfully. I still have them help me on any landscaping I do.

Design service was excellent. The designer was friendly, helpful and creative. We loved the design on paper and as it was laid out initially but the installers lost track of what the designer had specified. Installation was horrible. Had to argue with the owner to sign a basic contract that guaranteed work would be performed according to specifications (they said it was "against corporate policy to use contracts.") They did not dig deep enough to lay foundations for bricks and became hostile and defensive when I pointed it out to them. First installation sloped toward the house and water built up next to the house. 2nd installation they had about 25 bricks left over after replacing the initial installation and lost the design details. Third installation also sloped away from the house. They used torches to dry the bricks on the 4th installation and discolored most of them. We gave up after the 5th installation. It is not smooth, has a hump in the middle and still slopes toward the house and deck in some places where water builds up and freezes.
