There WAS no work. He didnâ t even show upâ ¦after I confirmed the appointment the afternoon before and drove 4 hours to meet the guy. We waited the day until our 1-3pm appt. before I received a text that he was taking advantage of the nice weather, asking to change the appointment. We could not as we had plans for evening and are leaving Sunday to go home downstate. This was the exchange: Me: â But I drove four hours to meet with you. My Dad is also here and would like to hear your ideas. We are not rescheduling. Iâ m sorry. Weâ ve had this appointment scheduled and I deliberately confirmed with you yesterday.â Him: â Well I apologize I had jobs that are paid for that are weather permitting so they are priority. Best of luck.â Wow! Me: â Well, that would have been the thing to tell me before I drove four hours. Even yesterday when I confirmed the appt with you! Why did you schedule this appointment then? I can leave a review too, the same as the few people whoâ ve had good work done. Have a lovely day.â Made a phone call, had a guy with much better character agree to come. I suggest you do the same.

Very professional, friendly, and answered all of my calls. Even worked with me to keep the costs of repairs low. We needed a new roof and ceiling throughout the house due to water damage. We expected a long painstaking process, but Roland and his crew took care of us. They got the work done fast and we are ecstatic with the finished product.
