I complained to the company and they sent someone to look at the work. He agreed that it was not up to their standards. I let them know I didn't want it redone and have my only bathroom out of comission for several days. What I would like was a refund. Nothing happened. I was not followed up with despite multiple calls to Lindsey. I've felt too dumb for paying $11,000 for this shoddy job to post this review. I hope this is helpful to others who are making decisions. This space is not large enough to list all of my complaints or all of the photos. Please see my google review."

Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. EverDry gave me a small rebate, which covered the cost of repair, but I thought they should have paid for a new carpet to be installed, given the major damage they did. They were extremely expensive and I strongly recommended that others be extremely cautious about hiring them, making sure you understand exactly what they will do to your house to complete the job. "
