If I could give negative reviews on this place, I would. Don't be fooled by the sign out front advertising a cheap oil change. They have positive reviews only from customers who were seen a long time ago. My husband bought a car from someone who has faithfully used Ash auto and promoted it because the owner is supposedly Christian. We thought this made them trustworthy and honest, but they are not.

A week ago, Ash Auto performed an oil change on my husband's car, who got the oil changed within 3,000 miles as recommended. On last Friday June 24th, he noticed a pooling of liquid next to his car after work. He drove his car approximately 0.5 miles when suddenly his engine sputtered out and he was left stranded. He took his car to Ash Auto as it was the closest place and they informed him that his oil had completely drained out. This was because someone had placed on the wrong oil filter. Someone admitted it, but would not place it in writing. They replaced the oil and the filter, but it's too late now. After a second opinion from a federally certified mechanic, we have discovered that there is gas leaking into the oil chamber and the engine may seize within the week due to Ash Auto's mistake. They are trying to place the blame on my husband for not noticing the oil light, which was OFF after they had performed the oil change. They are completely in the wrong and have cost more customers than just us great heartache, particularly since we depend greatly on this vehicle for transportation. On top of that, they have refused to provide proper documentation for the oil change and for the oil refill due to the faulty filter. We have told them this is vital since the previous owner of the vehicle kept meticulous records. We wanted to keep meticulous records as well. Instead, they refused. This is highly unprofessional. 

In conclusion, Ash Auto's service may have been good previously, but they have become dishonest and greedy. They are not willing to live up to standards or to account for their mistakes, which makes them a poor place to do business with. Don't even bother bringing your car to them; I'd rather take my vehicle to a JiffyLube or a Valvoline before I let these crooks do wrong to my vehicle.

Very very happy with the service I received. I dropped off a tire in that had a slow leak. They called me within two hours to let me know it was fixed. I came back and they put the tire on for me, put my spare back up under my truck, and even got the hubcaps out of my truck cab and put those back on for me. All for less than $20.

I've used them in the past to repair a water pump, and was happy with that service as well. Very friendly and professional service.

I was kinda picky on what I needed done because the 60,000 mile check up is expensive. They did everything on my list for the 60,000 mile check up and was $200 less than the Subaru dealer. They picked me up at my home when they were finished so I could get my car - wow - that was a bonus.

My husband has taken his Subaru there in the past and has been very happy. They have a new loyal customer. Very nice people.

I have always been satisfied with the service at Ash. They always check with me before doing repairs, especially on high-cost items. Great local service.

There was noise coming from the passenger side front tire area. Since the noise was intermittent it was difficult to diagnose. Tom, the owner, took his time to diagnose it and finally figured out what it was and repaired it. He did not take and replace parts haphazardly in an effort to solve the problem he actually diagnosed it.

Everything was fine!

I have had my car serviced by Ash a number of times. Each time, they are courteous, prompt, and the work is done well. This time, I had a headlight that was out, and called on a Monday to ask if they could get a new one for me and put it in. For a variety of reasons, I didn't make it to their shop until Friday late in the day. They still had the bulb waiting for me, and were happy to install it. As it turned out, there wasn't anything wrong with the bulb, but with the connection. They fixed the problem and refused to allow me to pay them for their time. This isn't the first time they have done something for me or a family member that they could/should have charged us for, and haven't. The times they have done work that they have charged us for, the price has been more than reasonable for the work done.
Everyone there is always friendly, the work is always done right, and they always go the extra mile, including offering a pick-up and drop off service to get you to them or back home.
