"So I originally had an appointment for March of 2026 because of weather and they are booked. I understand now why. Monday morning I received a call from Forman Carter S and he said looks like he can get me done before winter. I was pleased and excited to get my porch fixed. So he came out the next day he had available. That morning he called me let me know he was on the way and made sure the timing would work because I had an appointment to go to. Since he called me that Monday communication was perfect had no issue getting a hold of him. They showed up we went over what he is going to do and how it was. He also took steps make sure that the lifting foam was going mess up my basement so he ensured that the foam would stay outside. He treated my house like his own. Before I left my 30 min appointment he texted me saying they were wrapping it up. It looked amazing. I want to thank Carter and Riley for their great work. They clean my porch and picked up everything before leaving."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."
