Never showed up to the the appointment they set up 2 weeks ago. Never called and never answered their phones on the day of the install.
The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done in a more than reasonable time. Helped program a new remote and outside keypad.

Terrible experience -- still trying to get this company to finish the work they started. We ordered a 36" door and they installed a 30" door in December. They have not come out or even made much effort to correct the issue. No return phone calls or emails. Stay away from this company.
The install process was excellent. Warren their installer is completely professional and does a very nice and neat wiring job. He also didn't try to replace alarm wiring that was already in the house.
