Nice guy but I'm not happy with the service. My furnace was giving a pressure switch code 11 months ago and I called Brisendine who came out to look at it. The repairman said he could not do anything unless he saw the code himself. Even thought I told him the code. I find it hard to believe there isn't a method to diagnose a problem without actually seeing a code. So, he cleaned the flame sensor (not relevant to the code I was getting) and charged me $79. That night, no heat. Same code I told the tech about. They came back out and replaced the pressure switch for another $89. This was late March so I wan't using the furnace that much after the repair but I believe it worked for the rest of the spring. Next winter, the furnace would occasionally stop working and the same pressure switch code would flash. Sometimes I could turn the switch to the furnace off and on a few times, and it would kick on. If not, I would tap on the pressure switch and sometimes that would get it to work again. And after getting it to kick on, it would work for a few weeks. But soon the pressure switch code would start flashing again. Usually in the middle of the night when it's freezing cold and I am tired. Recently I looked at the pressure switch they installed and it was a different switch than what this furnace calls for. The numbers are different. I called Brisendine and they said the difference was allowable. Perhaps but I want the one that this furnace requires. Who knows maybe that's the problem? I told them because tapping on the pressure switch causes the furnace to start back up, I'm thinking it must be a switch issue. They said not necessarily. So I asked them, if the switch turns out to be bad would they replace it for free? The woman on the phone said she would have to ask. She called me back and said it would be another $89 for them to come back out. These guys are nice and they might mean well but I think they should be able to fix a furnace the first time, not the 3rd or more times. At the very least they should come out and look at my furnace without charging me considering I have had nothing but problems with this furnace and this SAME code for the past 11 months. Hate to do it but I am switching furnace companies.

They did exceptional work.  They also gave us a really good service.  It saved us money.  I would definitely recommend them.  They were very professional, very good price, and good quality.  I love the small companies that give personal service especially if it's a good personal service and Brisendine did that.

Overall, the experience has been great. They're a very honest company, and they've been very prompt. They always get a technican out as soon as they can without keeping you waiting.

I woke up today and the air conditioning was not working - the temperature was six degees above the setting.  I waited for about an hour to make sure that the inerruptible circuit hadn't kicked it off for a while, but it neverstarted.  I called Brisendine because they had repaired my furnace in the past and were local.  I left a message and it was a couple of hours before they called back, but the temperature is scheduled to reach 99 today, so they were out doing jobs.  When Mike called, he asked if the unit outside was not working or the blower inside.  I told him it was the outside unit and he said someone would be here in an hour.  He and a coworker (did not get his name) showed up within that time frame and immediately went out back and started checking out the problem.  About 30 minutes later, Mike rang the doorbell again  and said it was now working!!!  The problem was a double capacitor had blown, which he replaced.  He said he also replaced two valve caps that were missing.  He was exceedingly polite and business like.  I will use Brisendine H&C again.

This company went out of their way to work with me. We had had a flood in our furnace room requiring the floor to be replaced. Brisendine worked around scheduling for this. I am extremely pleased with and his company.

It went real good. They did it very quickly and will come back if we have any problems.

I loved everything about Brisendine. They were courteous, clean and professional. They performed the work quickly and did everything they said they would.

Steve arrived at my home at the time he said he would. He checked my furnace, checked for carbon monoxide, and suggested I get a new filter which I did. He also checked my neighbor's furnace and she was delighted with his professionalism, knowledge, and price. Some companies decline in their service but this is not the case with Brisindine. I called them 2 years ago for a problem, and called them this year. I still got the same great service at a great price.

They are great and cordial. They are good gentleman. They do their business and leave.

This company provided same day service on one of the hottest days of the year when my air conditioner went on the blink, and I needed someone to get here fast. They were courteous on the phone each time I called, assuring me that they would do their best to fit me in. The technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, quickly discovered the problem, and fixed it. He cleaned up after finishing, and explained what the problem was. This was the first time I used this company, and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning work. I think their prices are really great. With so many big companies out there getting the majority of the business, it is refreshing to find a smaller business who is every bit as good or better!!
