I experienced an isolated power issue at my condo and Josh came out and pin pointed the issue, performed tests to prove his findings, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and he even spoke with the CSR at the power company while I had them on the phone and explained to them as well what was happening. I am so grateful and thankful for the help Dependable Power provided to me. As a result the power company came out that same day and corrected the issue and by end of day my power was restored! Joshua installed two outlets in each of my bathrooms for a bidet that I needed after some medical issues. He was fast cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job

Joshua came to my home because I’ve lost power in parts of my home. He took a look at my homes electrical system and then we sat down where he explained the issue to me. He worked hard and even pulled a permit for the job and because of his hard work my home has all of its power back on.

Excellent. The price quoted did not go up despite the job being a little more complex than thought. We passed inspection first time around and we feel we got more than we paid for. We like working for family owned companies and can't say enough great things about Josh and his team.
