I have a leaking Anderson Window that was built with the house. I called Renewal By Anderson and they gave me the name of one of their contractors. He never called me back. If their replacement windows and doors are anything like their original windows and doors, I don't think I want them....
They offer a lifetime warranty on all their work. The windows have been leaking air since they were installed and caused the window treaments to blow off. We had a windstorm in December and the cold air was blowing the curtains off the window. We have also had ants come in through the window....
I contacted the provider on October 30 regarding window cleaning and power washing. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price of 200 after discussing what needed to be done. On November 1st he came out to do the work. He started with the double picture windows...
