The person with whom I contracted arrived on time and clearly guided me through product choices. The person who did the work was late and did not call to let me know. But the quality of work was excellent and the task was completed quickly and neatly. The project was small, so the cost felt a bit high.. This was because there is a minimum fee for a visit, regardless of the quantity of material and labor. The value for money would be greater if mine had been a larger project.

The tint portion of the project went great. We also had them do a new curtain in our master bathroom. This part took a little more work. They first ordered the wrong size, put it up and then we had to get them to come back out to fix the issue. I will say they did fix the issue, so now we are happy.

Terrific customer service and professionalism. The window film/tint was just applied today - so its gonna take some time for the tint to secure to the window for long term results. I had contacted 4 or 5 companies and thrilled with the service by Clear Fortress Window.

Responded shortly after we called. Came out the same day with samples, took measurements, made recommendations and submitted firm price. Installed window tint film on the next business day. No "surprises" in connection with schedule or price. Extremely satisfied. Would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

I solicited quotes from 3 vendors with one being competitive to Clear Fortress bid and the other was absurb. The owner of Clear Fortress was very professional and his presentation was exceptionally good. Their work proved to be the same quality of the presentation and we are quite pleased with the results.

Tom was very professional and prompt in his response to our inquiry and estimate of job. Our installation was the following week and Tom did that as well? Very tidy and efficient. We love the look of the tint we selected and are looking forward to a cooler room when it gets hot. We will recommend Clear Fortress if the tint does the job we are expecting and were told it would.

Very considerate of my time and home, also cleaned up the work area after he was done. Everyone I dealt with in the company was very customer service oriented. and professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again when I need more tinted film applied to my windows.
