"I am a new customer with Service Professor, Inc. as of May 2021. In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. This review is being posted especially to praise the exceptional routine service call provided by John Courtney on 10/11/2021. John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. And, after I commented to John about my previous positive interactions with Service Professor, Inc. tradesmen and with customer service staff, John responded by stating he has worked in the heating and cooling trade for 12 years and felt very fortunate, as a newer employee, to be able to work for an organization such as Service Professor that places caring and quality customer service communication among its most important priorities. I hope my comments encourage anyone seeking HVAC, plumbing, or furnace routine service or repair work to not hesitate to contact Service Professor."

"Hired JT to install central air into our home. He was very polite and professional throughout the installation. He took the time to explain the process completely. The install went flawlessly, the work area was cleaned up better than new. Any questions my wife had after the installation were answered promptly and professionally also. "Justin has always been great to us. Very responsive and timely. We had a problem with our A/C unit and he was out to our house that afternoon. Friendly and reasonable pricing! He installed a humidifier a few years back and provided the same great service and pricing. Highly recommend him to any and all!"

"Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. And no I never met the person before they installed the furnace. Very content Don S."
