These guys were here within an hour of calling to repair one of my AC units and replace a piece at which there were only two of in the entire state! The technician drove over an hour to get said piece, and my AC was back up and running 2 hours later!

Great experience with CMK! Great price and outstanding service.

What a great experience. Fast response, everything done exactly per agreed schedule. Replaced two complete AC systems with gas furnace. One 4 ton and one 3.5 ton units. New return air ducts included. Cost compared to Home Depot proposal through a large contractor was significantly lower. Savings exceeded $5K with upgraded Trane units.

From the time we had the visit to see what needed to be done for our AC replacement they were professional. The price was the best we found and the work and the crew were very pleasant trusting and easy-going. This was kind of a gig deal to get done quick for us and they came through with flying colors.

For me, getting quick service and not having to overpay for it makes all the difference in the world. Iâ ve had multiple friends and neighbors pay thousands of dollars in repairs with some of the bigger companies in town (and on multiple occasions they had to come back and fix their work that they slapped together) â my experience with CMK was a same-day fix and thankfully cost just a couple hundred dollars to get my air back up and running cold again. Canâ t thank these guys enough. Friendly technician too!!

Had my AC go out, cmk was there fast to replace my condenser and air handler. Canâ t go wrong with this company.

Only AC company that would show up when I needed them to. The other companies called and tried to schedule me for the following week.

Chris Krahn and his team were absolutely awesome! This was an A/C replacement on a 41 year old home, along with an evaporative cooler addition. It was a complicated project in the middle of a neighborhood! There were no impacts to our neighbors and the work was done when he said it would be done and for what he quoted! I whole heartedly recommend Chris and his company!

Super fast response! I called at 0630 am and they had a technician out before 0800am that day to diagnose and fix my air conditioner. They were very responsive and professional. So happy I can across this company on my Google search. My repair was very affordable as well. Definitely 5/5 would recommend and I will be calling them again for any future needs.
