No one could come out right away. We have had several power outages since this has been installed. NEVER has it worked. The tech told my husband what size to go with. Now they say it is too small for our house!!!! A manager told my husband just to sell that one. And they can charge us for a bigger size!!! $11,000 is what we paid for that one. dollars later!!! Now today is June 21th 2025 And we have a power outage. and I have asthma very hot day out. So I call again and the lady tells me well we need to do a year check up. And they have to charge us for it. MORE Money for something that NEVER has worked!!! So sounds like I need to get lawyer involved!!!"

They also came up with a great plan for a steam humidifier to address my breathing problems, and truly the air is cleaner than it used to be. I have been able to discontinue using most of the extra HEPA units I've been running, which once they are all off may increase the savings to $200 a month. Thanks for really figuring out what I need! I will be back if I need anything else! Note: final calibration of the steam humidifier will occur after our water softener gets fixed, for the obvious reason. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
