I wasn't home during the cleaning, because I had to work. Not happy and not impressed. They completely skipped 2 ducts. I noticed as soon as I got home from work and went downstairs. I guess they figure they can pull stuff over on the woman home alone. Left nice little messes everywhere, like debris and metal shavings on top of my upright freezer in the basement. They also don't reinstall the registers? So if some 80 year old woman gets her ducts cleaned, who puts the registers back on? I have pics inside the uncleaned duct. What a joke.

A very thorough job at a good price. Techs were polite, arrived on time and explained the process. They worked quickly with minimal disruption and left my basement cleaner than they found it. Three days later and my chronic morning runny nose is gone! Great job, great company.

We had Kris W and Chris come out and do a duct clean for us today. They explained everything step by step and were fast. They are phenomenal guys. Very friendly and funny. We had a wonderful experience with our technicians in Kalamazoo! Nick and Tim were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They said the duct cleaning and sealing would take 2-3 hours and finished in just over two. They did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them!
