Dealing with Montell Construction was a great experience from working with the owners, the window and siding crews and even the delivery person dropping off materials to our house.  Our salesman gave us several ideas we could go with but in the end it was our decision to choose what products and colors to go with and we did not feel pressured.  They were all very professional, prompt, courteous and hard working.  When the work crews were finished for the day, they walked around and picked up anything that was laying around.

We would not hesitate to recommend Montell Construction to anyone interested in having new windows or siding installed and would have no problem working with them again in the future.  Very happy with the new look of our house and the 100% lifetime warranty on both the windows and the siding.

"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site.
