They cleaned my gas fireplace. My fireplace leaked gas from then on. SEMCO found the leak. Motown 'fixed' it. No they didn't. SEMCO WAS JUST HERE AND ITS STILL LEAKING! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. LET THIS BE A CAUTIONARY TALE!!!

I thought the price for the visit was high ($125) to come in, clean and find the problem. However, when I told them what my problem was, they said I just probably needed a new part which cost $65. The serviceman came, put in the new part and was finished in about 15 minutes or so. He did not clean the line or have to find why it was not working, but I was still charged the full diagnostic visit price. My bill was $185.00

Great Company! Excellent price compared to others. Neat, clean, and wore shoe protectors in house. Will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend them. The project was to replace and/or repair gas logs' pilot lighter/control box and possibly replace gas piping.

Dustin and the entire Motown Fire were exemplary. They took the job seriously and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Where another company, which will go unnamed, just seemed to fade into the background after running into an obstacle (after collecting a $160 service charge), Dustin found the necessary part after calling around and completed the work very professionally. Throughout the process, I was updated with notifications. They did excellent work for a fair price. I would recommend Motown to anyone without reservations. Vince

They were great, and even called to tell me that they were running ahead of schedule and can push my appointment up. Gave me a great price, cheaper than I had expected, but quality and prompt service. If I ever need anything again, I would definitely call them again.
