"The installation crew was polite and professional. They worked efficiently and took careful effort to contain any dust and dirt. The completed project looks nicer than we expected. The caulk lines are straight and not excessive. We are very pleased with your work."

"My wife shared a review of our previous basement renovation project with New Image and we came back for more! Adam and his crew redid two bathrooms in our home and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the work product superior, but the project was finished on time and significantly under budget (by $2,500!). Couldn't be happier."

"Wonderful thoughtful service. The installers were courteous and kept me advised throughout the install. They cleaned up after themselves too! And the tub / shower is beautiful!"

"They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."

"Mad City did a wonderful job upgrading our bathroom. They installed a new bath tub and shower, and updated the plumbing and the walls around the bath tub, doing seamless job with a clean finish. As a tall person I was especially happy about how they were able to raise the height of the shower head and install a new rain shower head with a luxury feel."

"Great experience. Five Star Bath Solutions team are fantastic!! They did an awesome job. This is the 2nd time we have used them. We had the master bath finished in Oct 2021. They are fairly priced and very accommodating. We are completely happy with the results and will call on Five Star Bath Solutions to update our guest bathroom."

FAQs for french drain service projects in Fowler, MI

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.

When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.

Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.
