"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. They kept my system going and got my heat back on when the system shut down appropriately on the coldest day of the winter this year. While parts are crazy expensive for Geo Systems they have strived to keep their labor rates reasonable."
