"Marsh contracting came in and took our 50+ year old bathroom and made it into a great, functional space. I wish I could explain the awfulness of the "before" situation they were facing. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. "I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."
