"It went well. The company kept in touch with me and when the opportunity came up, they offered an earlier appointment than the one we had scheduled. The plumber who came was really friendly and helpful. He got me fixed right up."

"This company is awesome! Came right in and told me the problem. Didn't try to tell me a lie to make a buck! Very thorough and showed me on the camera the issue. Came and Hydro-jetted the massive blockage and the tree roots and was all done. Showed me the finished results and also sent me a video of the clean pipe for my records. Best plumbing service I've used and I will continue to use them from here on out. Thanks Kevin for a job well done."

This is a screenshot from a short video of the lining being brush coated into the old pipe after we descaled, cleaned out, and installed a new bottom in the pipe. All without breaking up the floor. The link to the video is below.

"Internet connection was weak, garbled communication. But, they remained very professional and we could crack a joke every now and then when things got annoying. Once up and running the diagnostic test was done in 5 min. Confirming my suspicions. Part number was sent within minutes."

"Both projects which were done approximately one year apart were done at or above industry standards. The plumber arrived at the appointed time (the last time he arrived 30 minutes early) and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. The gas line repair required inspection by the DTE which approved and certified the work . I have referred Calhoun's to two other people and they both were very satisfied with their work."
