Unfortunately, over about 1.5 years of having them perform various services on our home (replacing the furnace, working on the in-ground heating and also repairing some drains in the garage) we are left worse off and thousands of dollars spent with poor outcomes. The furnace was installed improperly which caused an issue when the A/C was used the following spring which resulted in water damage to our basement. This went on multiple times and had to call the company out multiple times before they finally corrected it. The drains that were "fixed" still leak water. The in-ground heating was repaired but they did not have a correct valve part. Once this was finally re-installed the person installing it did not know how to work the system or show us how to use it. We are now calling out someone again on a Saturday to try and figure out the problem. Not a good company"

"I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own. After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely. I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience. I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional."
