Excellent workmanship

James was able to find the problem and explained 3 options in detail as to how to fix it. I have a brother in the HVAC business that lives a couple hours away and James asked me if there was anything I wanted to run by him before any work was done. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

His price for a new unit and installation was competitive and James assured me he could have it in by the end of the week. As promised James had my new unit in and working by the weeks end.
