Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services. Great price and good work. Can't ask for more.

"Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."

"The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."
