"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). I couldn’t have been happier.  They said they were five weeks out on the work and true to their word, they were here to do the work as promised.  The work took less than a day and a half.  The crew was professional and personable and they even put up a small piece of gutter guard that had blown off my two story house in a windstorm.  They took care around shrubbery, cleaned up, hauled away the tear off, and even went around with a magnet to clean up loose nails.  Excellent work.  I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

"Morning Crew showed up on time.  Covered everything outside of crawlspaces in plastic. Worked hard in the very nasty conditions of my "Friday the Thirteenth" Crawlspaces, removing insulation and leveling crawlspace.  Left basement clean and in order. 
Afternoon Crew showed up on time.  Encapsulated crawlspaces. 
Due to what turned out to be the fault of a very old A/C unit installation that is housed in the crawlspace, I awoke Wednesday to water in my new crawlspace.  NO WORRIES.  I texted Chuck Modica, who correctly diagnosed that the problem was probably the A/C NOT the encapsulation.  Although not at all his responsibility,  Chuck sent his partner Jim over within a couple of hours.  Jim worked for two hours, confirming Chuck's thoughts about A/C, vacuuming out 6 gallons of water and leaving the space dry.
A/C guy showed up the next day and said, "I don't know how "we" missed this all these years but..."  He installed a P-trap and problem is solved.
In addition to the vastly improved appearance of the crawls, we have solved the "stinky house syndrome" that we've been living with for a long, long time.  While I do not need the storage space, the crawls would be perfect for storage.
