"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "This was the 4th buainess I contacted, gotta say he knew more about what he was here for and checked entire house and outside before giving me an estimate. He also checked for aur qaulity and any mold, explaining as he went along. The first business man didnt want to even look inside house where wayer came in. "When you hire someone to do a major project like reworking your basement so it doesn't flood, you hope that they 1. solve the problem and 2. stand by their work. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. They made it right and then some. It is my opinion that the challenges we faced would have occurred with ANY provider, but Acculevel kept their promise to fix our problem vs find a way to exit. "We initially hired Kenyon Construction to build a two-tiered deck system. This project involved a main deck with cedar beams, a roof, can lights and ceiling fans, connected to an open sun deck surrounding a hot tub (all pictured). The project went so well that we have since used Marc and his team for bedroom and bathroom remodels, flooring updates, and a new roof. Communication is awesome and projects come in at or under budget. We wouldn't even think about choosing a different company for any of our home remodel needs. Highly recommended!"
