It was not a huge job and we seemed to have problems getting contractors to respond to our inquires for quotes. Jake responded very quickly and set up an appointment to quote our project. I am fairly well versed in the trades, and it became apparent quite quickly during Jake's onsite visit to look at our project that he knew what he was talking about. His quote was fair and he was able to get us scheduled between a couple of bigger projects.
