Chris came to our house when we inquired for a quote for a shower remodel - he was very informative and thorough! When Peyton showed up for install he was very kind and professional. Constantly asking if we had any questions throughout the entire process. Not even 2 full days later and it was done! He did an amazing job turning the outdated shower we had in the condo we recently bought to a beautiful tub upgrade. Would recommend this company to any and everyone!

He works in a differant city, and it would have been inconveniant for him to be there too when one owner present would suffice. I moved on to another contractor.....

+ -1 moreThis job went very well....actually ahead of schedule. Job was completed and the crew made sure to clean up after the job was completed. They had "drop cloths" placed on the floors so as not to track dirt through the area. Overall, we were very happy with the way this job turned out.

They keep a clean and safe job site, they cleaned up as if the job was completed in just 1 day even though they had to return to finish the job, again cleaning up when the project was completed to my satisfaction. They treated my home as if it was theirs. I would highly recommend Home Pro of West Michigan for all you home improvement needs.

+ -1 moreThis company is one of the best out there. This is the third time we have had work done by them and are very pleased. The current epidemic would be the only reason for the 4 stars in any category. Otherwise it is 5 stars all the way. There are fewer employees out there so it can take a bit longer to get the work done or get the needed supplies. They are higher priced, I believe, but you get what you pay for.

We were extremely pleased with his work, and he was extremely attentive to our needs. He was detailed and ensured we were happy every step of the way. His quote was accurate and included everything we needed without any “oops, that will cost more” situations. Overall we are extremely impressed and LOVE our new living space!

I have already referred them to my friends, and they were happy with their service as well. It's been 2 years, and when I was able to talk to him yesterday, he asked me about the roof, and he's willing to come if there's problem that may occur, and I think he was really noble.
