He was prompt, started when he said he's gonna start, got it done when he said he's gonna get it done, charged me what he said he's gonna charge me, he did a good job for me.

The gentleman had nearly 30 years of experience, and it showed because everything went very well. He was courteous and friendly at all times, always arrived on schedule, and did a great job with the tile installation.

He is really reliable and did an excellent job. He is efficient and cleans up behind himself. He arrives early for appointments, he's honest and lets you know if he can't do a job, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He will share information with you about the choices you're making and I appreciate that about him. He's just a very nice and pleasant man.
